Stand Your Ground – The monster in the Dealership Location: Abandoned Caryard, exact location unknown Time: Unknown, around midday I stared up at the darkened buildings. “This it?” I asked. “Aye, this is it lass!” Patrick said. He opened his door and jumped down to the cracked tarmac. I opened my door and stood on the running boards of the cab. The buildings were almost pitch-black inside, their windows were like giant soulless eyes. I got a creepy feeling of being watched and shivered. Something about this place didn’t feel right. I looked back up at the damaged dealership sign, barely clinging to the building. I looked back down at the cars inside the showroom. The light was barely catching them, twisting their damaged grilles and broken lights into eerie looking creatures. Oh, that made my hair stand up. I turned away and quickly shut the truck off before climbing down to the dehydrated dirt. It was quiet, except for the flap of a banner and Patrick giving orders to a small group
